Premier Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Westminster, CO. We are an independent physical therapist-owned clinic and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist.

We specialize in one-on-one care with 40-minute appointments in a fun and professional environment. Premier Physical Therapy treats a wide variety of patient diagnoses including sports medicine and orthopedic injuries, neurological, vestibular, and geriatric conditions. Mentoring opportunities available for new grads and for specialty areas. Flexible schedules available with no weekends.
Job Duties include:
- Performing new patient evaluations to establish a Treatment Diagnosis.
- Establishing new patient treatment goals.
- Establishing evidence based treatment plans.
- Providing treatment including therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, gait training, manual therapy, modalities and other treatment procedures.
- Performing re-assessments, re-evaluations.
- Document care in electronic health records in a timely and accurate manner.
